일본 교도통신에 따르면 기시다 후미오 일본 총리는 이날(2일) 중의원 예산위원회에서 "노토반도 지진 피해 지역의 부흥과 국민 생활에 깊숙이 연관된 내용이 담겼다"며 예산안 통과를 호소했습니다.

일본 헌법에 따르면 상원인 참의원에서 예산안에 대한 표결을 실시하지 않더라도 중의원에서 예산안이 통과되면 30일 뒤 자동으로 효력을 갖습니다.
