아세안 "이달 말 정상회의에 미얀마 군 지도자 초청하지 않을 것" > 세계

동남아시아국가연합 ‘아세안(ASEAN)’이 오는 26일부터 28일까지 열리는 ASEAN정상회의에 민아웅 흘라잉 미얀마 군 총사령관을 초청하지 않기로 했습니다.

이날 회의에서 일부 회원국은 미얀마 군부가 지난 4월 특별 정상회의 합의사항을 지키지 않은 데 문제를 제기했습니다.
At the meeting, some member states raised the issue of Myanmar's military's failure to comply with the agreement of the special summit in April.

아세안은 당시 회의에서 미얀마의 즉각적인 폭력 중단, 특사 파견 등 5개 사항에 관한 합의를 채택한 바 있습니다.
ASEAN adopted an agreement at the meeting at the time on five matters: immediate suspension of violence in Myanmar and dispatch of envoys.

당시 회의에는 민아웅 흘라잉 사령관도 참석했습니다.
Commander Min Ah-woong also attended the meeting at the time.

미얀마 군부는 지난 2월 1일 쿠데타를 일으켜 민간 정부를 축출하고 시민과 반군부 인사들에 대한 무력 탄압을 자행하고 있습니다.
Myanmar's military launched a coup on February 1st to oust the civilian government and carry out armed oppression against citizens and rebels.

미얀마 인권단체인 정치범지원연합(AAPP)에 따르면 군부 쿠데타 이후 민간인 1천 100명 이상 목숨을 잃은 것으로 알려졌습니다.
According to Myanmar's Human Rights Organization (AAPP), more than 1,100 civilians have died since the military coup.
