타이완 TSMC "일본에 반도체 공장 건설" > 세계

세계 반도체 위탁 생산 1위 기업인 타이완의 TSMC가 일본에 반도체 공장을 짓는다고 밝혔습니다.
Taiwan's TSMC, the world's No. 1 semiconductor consignment production company, said it will build a semiconductor plant in Japan.

타이완 중앙통신사(CNA)는 14일 TSMC 측이 온라인으로 진행된 설명회에서 이같이 밝혔다고 전했습니다.

웨이저자 TSMC 총재는 이날 일본에 건설하는 반도체 공장은 2022년 공사에 들어가 2024년 양산할 계획이라고 설명했습니다.

웨이저자 총재가 밝힌 반도체 공장은 22∼28나노미터 공정 반도체를 생산하는 공장으로 22∼28나노미터 공정은 이미지 센서와 차량용 반도체인 차량용 마이크로컨트롤러 등 제품의 제작이 가능합니다.
