‘북러경제공동위’ 평양서 진행 중… 정상회담 합의 후속 조치 논의 > 경제

북한과 러시아 간 ‘10차 북러 경제공동위원회’ 부문별 회담이 평양에서 진행 중이라고 북한 관영 ‘조선중앙통신’이 오늘(15일) 보도했습니다.
North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency reported today (15th) that talks between North Korea and Russia by sector of the 10th North Korea-Russia Joint Economic Committee are underway in Pyongyang.

‘조선중앙통신’은 “쌍방의 실무 일군(간부)들이 참가한 회담들에서는 이번 회의 의정서에 반영할 여러 분야에서의 협조 실현을 위한 실천적 문제들이 진지하게 토의되고 있다”고 전했습니다.
"In the talks involving working-level officials from both sides, practical issues for realizing cooperation in various fields that will be reflected in the conference's protocol are seriously discussed," the Korean Central News Agency said.

양측은 지난 9월 러시아에서 열린 북러 정상회담 합의 이행을 위한 후속 조치를 논의하는 것으로 보입니다.
The two sides appear to be discussing follow-up measures to implement the North Korea-Russia summit agreement in Russia in September.

러시아 대표단 단장인 알렉산드르 코즐로프 천연자원부 장관은 어제 평양에 도착한 뒤 북한측이 마련한 환영 연회에서 “러시아는 양국 수뇌상봉에서 이룩된 합의에 따라 실제적인 협조를 발전시킬 것을 지향한다”며 “이번 회의가 쌍방의 적극적인 노력에 의해 두 나라 사이의 친선과 인민들의 복리를 도모하는데 이바지하게 될 것”이라고 말했습니다.
"Russia aims to develop practical cooperation in accordance with the agreement reached at the summit between the two countries," Natural Resources Minister Alexander Kozlov, the head of the Russian delegation, said at a welcoming banquet organized by the North after arriving in Pyongyang yesterday. "This meeting will contribute to the friendship between the two countries and the welfare of the people through active efforts of the two countries."

한국 통일부 당국자는 지난달 위원회의 의제에 대해 “식량 지원, 나진, 하산 중심의 러북 경제물류협력 등 다양한 의제를 다룰 가능성이 있다”며 “특히 북한 노동자의 러시아 파견 문제를 논의할 가능성을 배제할 수 없다”고 전망한 바 있습니다.
"There is a possibility of dealing with various agendas such as food aid, Rajin, and Hasan-centered economic and logistics cooperation in Russia," a South Korean unification ministry official said last month. "We cannot rule out the possibility of discussing the dispatch of North Korean workers to Russia."
