북한, 9월에도 대중 수출 1위는 가발…8개월 연속 > 경제

북한이 지난달 중국에서 가장 많이 수입한 품목은 머리카락이고 가장 많이 수출한 품목은 가발인 것으로 나타났습니다. 중국으로부터의 밀가루 수입량과 수입금액도 올 들어 최고치를 기록했습니다. 안준호 기자가 보도합니다.

북한이 지난달 중국에 가장 많이 수출한 품목은 또다시 가발과 속눈썹이었습니다.
The items North Korea exported the most to China last month were wigs and eyelashes again.

중국 해관총서가 23일 공개한 9월 북중 무역 세부 자료에 따르면 북한은 이 기간 총 182t에 달하는 가발과 수염, 눈썹 등의 제품을 중국에 수출했습니다.
According to detailed September trade data released by China's General Administration of Maritime Affairs on the 23rd, North Korea exported a total of 182 tons of wigs, beards, and eyebrows to China during this period.

총 1천796만달러어치로, 이 기간 북한의 전체 대중 수출액 2천779만달러의 약 65%에 달합니다.
It is worth a total of $17.96 million, about 65% of North Korea's total exports to China during this period of $27.79 million.

지난해부터 중국 수출을 크게 늘린 북한의 가발과 인조 속눈썹 제품은 올해 2월부터 8개월 연속 전체 대중 수출품 중 1위 자리를 지키고 있습니다.
North Korea's wigs and fake eyelash products, which have increased exports to China significantly since last year, have remained at the top of all exports to China for eight consecutive months since February this year.

반면 북한이 9월 중국으로부터 가장 많이 수입한 품목은 머리카락입니다.
On the other hand, hair was the most imported item by North Korea from China in September.

이 기간 북한은 중국으로부터 약 206t, 2천146만달러어치의 ‘가발 제조용 사람 머리카락’을 수입했습니다.
During this period, North Korea imported about 206 tons and $21.46 million worth of "human hair for wig manufacturing" from China.

중국에서 머리카락을 수입한 뒤 가발을 만들어 중국에 재수출하는 역외가공, 주문자 생산방식(OEM) 형태의 무역을 계속하고 있는 것으로 풀이됩니다.
It is believed that it is continuing to trade in the form of offshore processing and OEM, which imports hair from China, makes wigs, and re-exports them to China.

북한은 대북 제재 여파가 본격화된 2018년부터 OEM 무역을 통해 비제재 품목인 가발과 손목시계, 속눈썹, 신발 등을 중국에 판매했습니다.
Since 2018, when the aftermath of sanctions against North Korea began in earnest, North Korea has sold non-sanctions such as wigs, watches, eyelashes, and shoes to China through OEM trade.

이 같은 OEM 무역은 코로나 사태가 불거진 2020년부터 급감했다가 최근 들어 가발 제품을 중심으로 다시 회복세로 돌아섰습니다.
Such OEM trade has plummeted since 2020, when the Corona crisis broke out, and has recently returned to recovery, focusing on wig products.

머리카락 다음으로 북한이 중국으로부터 지난달 많이 수입한 품목은 밀크와 크림(769만달러어치), 밀가루(639만달러어치), 대두유(571만달러어치), 설탕(501만달러어치), 단립종 쌀(453만달러어치) 등의 순이었습니다.
After hair, North Korea's most imported products from China last month were milk and cream ($7.69 million), flour ($6.39 million), soybean oil ($5.71 million), sugar ($5.1 million), and single-grain rice ($4.53 million).

특히 밀가루는 전달보다 44.5% 증가한 639만달러어치를 수입했습니다. 8월엔 1만590t가량을 수입했는데 9월엔 이보다 5천t가량 많은 1만5천330t을 수입했습니다. 밀가루 수입량과 수입금액은 모두 올 들어 최고치를 기록했습니다.
In particular, flour imported $6.39 million, up 44.5% from the previous month. In August, it imported about 15,90 tons, but in September, it imported 15,330 tons, which is 5,000 tons more than this. Both the amount of flour imports and imports reached their highest levels this year.

한편 지난달 북중 교역액은 2억1천653만 달러로 전월 대비 13.3% 증가했습니다.
Meanwhile, North Korea-China trade amounted to $216,530 million last month, up 13.3% from the previous month.

특히 올해 월간 최대 교역액이자 코로나 사태 여파로 북중 국경이 봉쇄된 2020년 1월 이후 3년 8개월 만의 최대치입니다.
In particular, it is the largest monthly trade this year and the largest in three years and eight months since January 2020, when the North Korea-China border was blocked in the aftermath of the COVID-19 crisis.

그러나 국제사회의 대북 제재 본격화 이전인 2016년과 비교하면 여전히 반토막 수준입니다.
However, compared to 2016, before the full-scale international sanctions against North Korea, it is still at half-point.
