미 국무, 중국 대러 지원 "선 넘는 것 아직 못봐" > 세계

토니 블링컨 미국 국무장관은 중국이 현재까지 러시아에 살상 무기를 제공하지 않은 것으로 보인다고 밝혔습니다.
U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinkon says China does not appear to have provided Russia with weapons of destruction so far.

블링컨 장관은 22일 미 상원 외교위원회와 세출위원회 청문회에서 중국이 러시아에 “치명적 원조”를 제공하고 있는지 묻는 의원들의 질문에 중국이 “선을 넘는 것을 보지 못했다”고 대답했습니다.
Asked by lawmakers at a hearing on the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee and Appropriations Committee on the 22nd if China is providing "deadly aid" to Russia, Blinkon replied that he "did not see China crossing the line."

그러나 “러시아에 대한 (중국의) 외교적, 정치적 지원, 그리고 어느 정도의 물질적 지원은 전쟁을 끝내려는 우리의 이익에 확실하게 반한다고 생각한다”고 말했습니다.
But "I think (China's) diplomatic and political support for Russia, and some degree of material support, is clearly against our interest in ending the war," he said.

블링컨 장관은 중국과 러시아 관계를 “정략결혼”에 비유하면서, 다만 “그것이 유죄인지는 확신할 수 없다”고 밝혔습니다. 그러면서 “러시아는 이 관계에서 매우 하위의 파트너”라고 지적했습니다.
Blinkon likened China-Russia relations to a "strategic marriage," but said he was "not sure if it was guilty." "Russia is a very low-level partner in this relationship," he said.

블링컨 장관은 또 중국이 미국 주도의 세계 질서를 대체하기 위해 “자유롭지 않은” 비전을 추진하지만, 러시아가 “실제 세계 질서를 원하는지 확신할 수 없으며, 아마 그것은 무질서에 더 가깝다”고 말했습니다.
Blinkon also said that while China pushes for a "not free" vision to replace the U.S.-led world order, he is "not sure if Russia wants a real world order, and perhaps it is more of a disorder."

한편 드미트리 메드베데프 러시아 국가안전보장회의 부의장은 서방이 러시아와 중국을 겨냥해 분열정책을 펴고 있다고 주장했습니다.
Meanwhile, Dmitry Medvedev, vice president of Russia's National Security Council, says the West is targeting Russia and China.
