한국 정부는 27일 이달 말 해제할 예정이었던 중국에 대한 단기 비자 발급 제한 조치를 2월 28일까지 연장하기로 했다고 밝혔습니다.
The South Korean government announced on the 27th that it has decided to extend the restriction on short-term visa issuance to China, which was scheduled to be lifted at the end of this month, until February 28.

당국은 설날(춘제) 이후 중국 내 신종 코로나바이러스 감염자 급증으로 인한 해외 유입 재확산 가능성을 지적했습니다.
Authorities pointed out the possibility of a resurgence of overseas inflows due to a surge in the number of new coronavirus infections in China after Lunar New Year (Chunje).

다만 “상황을 면밀하게 모니터링해 국내 방역 여건을 안정적으로 관리하겠다”라며 상황에 따라 원래 일정보다 빨리 제한 조치를 해제할 수도 있다고 설명했습니다.
