수치 미얀마 국가고문 4년형 선고 > 세계

미얀마 법원이 6일 아웅산 수치 국가고문 겸 외무장관에게 4년 징역형을 선고했습니다.
A Myanmar court sentenced Aung San Suu Kyi and Foreign Minister to four years in prison on the 6th.

미얀마 네피도 법원은 이날 선동죄와 자연재해법 위반 혐의로 기소된 수치 고문에게 각각 2년씩 총 징역 4년형을 선고했습니다.
Myanmar's Nephido Court sentenced a total of four years in prison, two years each, to a numerical adviser accused of incitement and violation of the Natural Disaster Act.

이번 선고는 지난 2월 군부가 반란을 일으킨 이후 실각한 미얀마의 실질적인 지도자였던 수치 고문에게 내려진 첫 법원 판결입니다.
The sentence is the first court ruling issued to Suu Kyi, the de facto leader of Myanmar, who had been dismissed since the military revolted in February.

네피도 지방법원은 최소12개의 혐의로 기소된 수치 고문을 대상으로 특별재판을 진행 중입니다.
The Nepido District Court is conducting a special trial on at least 12 prosecutors.

다만 법원은 수치 고문의 연령과 건강상태, 남은 재판 일정 등을 고려해 불구속 상태는 계속 유지하기로 했습니다.
However, the court decided to maintain the state without detention in consideration of the age, health status, and remaining trial schedule of adviser Su.

그러나 수치 고문은 관련 혐의를 모두 부인하며, 법원의 판결에 항소할 방침입니다.
However, adviser Suu Kyi denies all relevant charges and plans to appeal to the court's ruling.

한편, 군부는 전날 양곤 도심에서 수치 고문을 석방할 것을 요구하는 시위대에 군용 차량을 돌진시켜 강제해산을 시도했습니다.
Meanwhile, the military rushed a military vehicle to protestors demanding the release of Suu Kyi from downtown Yangon the previous day and attempted to forcibly dissolve it.

이 과정에서 시위대 5명 이상이 목숨을 잃었고 최소 15명이 현장에서 체포된 것으로 알려졌습니다.
In the process, more than five protesters were killed and at least 15 people were reportedly arrested at the scene.
