지난해 북한의 대중국 무역액이 전년 대비 41% 감소한 것으로 나타났습니다. 신종 코로나바이러스를 막기 위한 북한 당국의 국경 봉쇄가 2년 가까이 이어지고 있는 가운데 북중 무역액도 계속 큰 폭으로 감소하고 있습니다. 김영교 기자가 보도합니다.
North Korea's trade with China fell 41% year-on-year last year, a report showed. With the North Korean authorities blocking borders to prevent the novel coronavirus for nearly two years, trade between North Korea and China continues to decline significantly. Reporter Kim Young-kyo reports.

중국의 세관당국인 해관총서가 18일 공개한 자료에 따르면 지난해 북한과 중국 간의 무역액은 3억 1천 804만 달러를 기록했습니다.
According to data released on the 18th by China's customs authorities, trade between North Korea and China reached $318 million last year.

이는 5억 3천 906만 달러를 기록한 2020년에 비해 41% 감소한 수준입니다.
This is a 41% decrease from 2020 when it recorded $539.06 million.

또 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증이 유행하기 전인 2019년의북-중 무역액인 27억 8천 902만 달러에 비해서는 무려 88.6%

북한 당국이 신종 코로나바이러스의 유입을 막기 위해 2020년 1월말 국경을 봉쇄한 뒤 지금까지 2년 가까이 이 같은 엄격한 조치를 계속하고 있는 가운데 북중간 무역액도 큰 폭의 감소세가 이어지고 있습니다.

지난해 북중 교역은 주로 육로가 아닌 해상을 통해 이뤄진 것으로 알려졌습니다.

지난해 중동을 포함한 아시아 국가 중에서 중국과의 무역액이줄어든 나라는 북한과 아프가니스탄, 미얀마, 키프로스, 이란, 시리아, 그리고 예멘 등 7개 나라였고, 이 가운데 북한의감소폭이 가장 컸습니다.
Among Asian countries, including the Middle East, seven countries with reduced trade with China last year were North Korea, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Cyprus, Iran, Syria, and Yemen, of which North Korea saw the largest decline.

2억 6천 16만 5천 달러로, 2020년 대비 47% 줄었습니다.
It was $266,165,000, down 47% from 2020.

반면 북한의 대중국 수출액은 5천 787만 4천 달러로 전년 대비 20.7% 증가했습니다. 하지만 코로나 대유행 이전과 비교해 여전히 낮은 수준입니다. 2019년 북한의 대중 수출액과 비교해 73.1% 감소한 것으로, 당시의 3분의 1 수준에도 미치지 못하는 겁니다.
On the other hand, North Korea's exports to China amounted to $57,874,000, up 20.7% from the previous year. However, it is still low compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic. Compared to North Korea's exports to China in 2019, it decreased by 73.1%, less than a third of that time.

한편, 지난해 12월 북-중 교역액은 5천 79만 달러로, 전달인 11월 2천 660 만 6천 달러보다 91% 증가했습니다.
Meanwhile, trade between North Korea and China stood at $57.9 million in December last year, up 91% from $26.66 million in November last year.

10월과 11월 두 달 연속 무역액에 줄다가 지난달 다시 증가세로 돌아선 겁니다.
The amount of trade decreased for two consecutive months in October and November and then returned to an increase last month.

12월 북한의 대중국 수입액은3천 504만 6천 달러로전달(2천 240만 5천 달러) 보다 56% 늘었습니다.
North Korea's imports to China in December amounted to $35,046,000, up 56% from the previous month ($22,45,000).

또 북한의 12월 대중국 수출액은 1천 574만 5천 달러로 전달 (420만 달러)보다 네 배 가까이 늘었습니다.
In addition, North Korea's exports to China in December amounted to $15,745,000, nearly quadrupling from the previous month's $4.2 million.
