팀 쿡 미 애플사 최고경영자(CEO)가 27일 왕원타오 중국 상무부장을 만났습니다.
U.S. Apple CEO Tim Cook met with Wang Wentao, head of China's commerce department, on the 27th.

중국 상무부는 왕 부장이 25일부터 이날까지 중국 정부 주최로 베이징에서 열린 '중국발전 고위급 포럼' 참석차 중국을 방문한 쿡 CEO와의 면담에서 중국 내 공급망 안정화와 회사 발전 방안 등에 대해 논의했다고 밝혔습니다.
China's commerce ministry said Wang discussed ways to stabilize supply chains and develop the company in China during a meeting with CEO Cook, who visited China to attend the "High-Level Forum on China Development" hosted by the Chinese government from the 25th to the same day.

상무부는 왕 부장이 쿡 CEO에게 애플 등 외국 기업들에 좋은 환경과 서비스를 제공할 용의가 있다면서 이를 위해 중국은 규칙과 규정, 표준, 기타 분야에 대한 높은 수준의 개방을 변함없이 촉진 중이라고 말했다고 전했습니다.
The Commerce Department said Wang told Cook that he was willing to provide a good environment and service to foreign companies, including Apple, and that China was still promoting a high level of openness to rules, regulations, standards and other areas.

왕 부장은 이날 미 제약회사 화이자와 독일 BMW, 미 무선통신기업 퀄컴 사 등 기업 지도자들과도 만났습니다.
Wang also met with corporate leaders such as Pfizer, a U.S. pharmaceutical company, BMW in Germany, and Qualcomm, a U.S. wireless communication company.

앞서 쿡 CEO는 지난 25일 열린 토론회에서 “중국과 애플은 함께 성장해왔다”면서, “중국에서 혁신은 빠르게 발전하고 있으며, 이 혁신이 더욱 가속화할 것으로 믿는다”고 말했다고 현지 언론들이 보도했습니다.
Earlier, local media reported that CEO Cook said, "China and Apple have grown together," adding, "Innovation is developing rapidly in China, and I believe this innovation will accelerate further."
