일본이 극초음속 유도미사일 등 적어도 10개 종류의 장거리 미사일 개발을 검토 중인 것으로 알려졌습니다.
Japan is reportedly considering developing at least 10 types of long-range missiles, including hypersonic guided missiles.

일본 `요미우리신문’은 1일 일본 방위성이 이같은 계획을 검토 중이라며, 2028 회계연도 이후 음속의 최소 5배로 비행이 가능한 극초음속 유도미사일의 실전배치를 목표로 하고 있다고 보도했습니다.
Japan's Yomiuri Shimbun reported on the 1st that Japan's Defense Ministry is considering such a plan and aims to deploy hypersonic guided missiles that can fly at least five times the speed of sound after fiscal 2028.

방위성은 또 2030 회계연도 이후에는 도서 지역 방어에 사용될 수 있는 고속활공폭탄 배치도 추진할 계획이라고 신문은 전했습니다.
The Ministry of Defense also plans to deploy high-speed glide bombs that can be used to defend island areas after fiscal 2030.

방위성의 계획에 따르면 억지력 강화를 위해 육상, 해상, 공중에서 발사할 수 있는 각종 미사일로 구성된 최소 10가지 미사일이 개발, 도입될 예정입니다.
Under the Defense Ministry's plan, at least 10 missiles will be developed and introduced, consisting of various missiles that can be fired from land, sea and air, to strengthen deterrence.

이에 앞서 하마다 야스카즈 방위상은 지난 9월 미국에 방어 목적의 반격 능력 보유 방침을 전했고, 로이드 오스틴 미 국방장관은 이에 ‘강한 지지’를 표명했다고 신문은 보도했습니다.
Earlier in September, Defense Minister Yasukazu Hamada told the United States that he would have the ability to counterattack for defense purposes, and U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin expressed "strong support," the newspaper reported.

한편 하마다 방위상은 최근 기자회견에서 “현재의 안보 상황을 고려할 때 5년 안에 방위비를 시급히 증액해야 한다”고 밝힌 바 있습니다.
Meanwhile, Defense Minister Hamada said in a recent press conference, "Considering the current security situation, defense spending should be increased urgently within five years."

일본 정부는 내년도 방위비를 6조엔(약 353억 달러)으로 증액하고, 이후 매년 약 70억 달러씩 올려 2027 회계연도에는 10조엔(706억 달러) 수준을 목표로 하고 있다고 현지 매체들은 보도했습니다.
Local media reported that the Japanese government aims to increase defense spending to 6 trillion yen (about $35.3 billion) next year and increase it by about $7 billion every year to around 10 trillion yen ($70.6 billion) in fiscal 2027.
