시진핑 "냉전 사고 버리고 윈윈 추구해야" > 세계

시진핑 중국 국가주석이 다른 강대국들에 냉전시대 사고방식을 버릴 것을 촉구했습니다.
Chinese President Xi Jinping urged other powers to abandon their Cold War mindset.

시 주석은 17일 화상으로 열린 세계경제포럼(WEF·다보스 포럼) 행사에서 세계적 유행병과 기타 도전들에 대한 국제적 협력을 강조하면서 이같이 말했습니다.
President Xi made the remarks at the World Economic Forum (WEF) held on video on the 17th, emphasizing international cooperation in global epidemics and other challenges.

특히 중국은 지금까지 120여개 나라들과 국제 기관들에 20억 회분이 넘는 신종 코로나바이러스 백신을 수출했다며, 앞으로 추가적으로 10억 회분을 더 제공할 것이라고 밝혔습니다.
In particular, China said it has exported more than 2 billion new coronavirus vaccines to more than 120 countries and international institutions so far, adding that it will provide an additional 1 billion doses in the future.

시 주석은 “우리는 냉전시대 사고를 버리고 평화적 공존과 상호 승리할 수 있는 결과를 추구해야 한다”고 강조했습니다.
President Xi stressed, "We should abandon Cold War thinking and pursue peaceful coexistence and mutually win results."

이어 “보호주의와 일방주의는 그 누구도 보호할 수 없다”며 “패권 추구 행위와 다른 나라에 대한 깡패질은 인류 역사의 흐름에 역행되는 행위”라고 지적했습니다.
He then pointed out, "Protectionism and unilateralism cannot protect anyone," adding, "The act of pursuing hegemony and thumping against other countries are contrary to the flow of human history."

특히 “한 쪽에는 이익, 다른 이들에게는 비용을 부담하는 이른바 제로섬 방식은 도움이 되지 않는다”며, “인류가 전진할 수 있는 올바른 방식은 평화로운 개발과 상호 승리할 수 있는 윈-윈 협력”이라고 말했습니다.
In particular, he said, "The so-called zero-sum method of paying for profits on one side and costs on the other does not help," adding, "The right way for mankind to move forward is a win-win cooperation to develop peacefully and mutually win."

한편 시 주석은 기후변화와 관련해 중국은 다른 나라 정부들과 협력할 준비가 돼 있다고 밝혔습니다.
Meanwhile, Xi said China is ready to cooperate with governments from other countries regarding climate change.

그러나 구체적인 계획은 언급하지 않은 채 이 문제는 선진국들의 자금과 기술 지원에 달렸다고 말했습니다.
However, without mentioning specific plans, he said the issue depends on funding and technical support from developed countries.
