미한일 북 핵 대표 "북한 위성 발사 자제해야...강행시 단합된 대응" > 정치

성 김 미국 국무부 대북특별대표와 김건 한국 외교부 한반도평화교섭본부장, 그리고 후나코시 다케히로 일본 외무성 아시아대양주 국장 등 세 나라 북 핵 수석대표들이 북한의 인공위성 발사 계획 중단을 촉구했습니다.
Sung Kim, the U.S. special representative for North Korea, Kim Gun, South Korea's foreign minister for peace negotiations on the Korean Peninsula, and Takehiro Funakoshi, director of Japan's Foreign Ministry's Asia-Pacific region, have called for North Korea to stop its satellite launch.

한국 외교부에 따르면 세 수석대표들은 29일 전화통화를 갖고 북한의 위성 발사 계획 공개에 대한 대응 방안을 논의하면서 이같이 말했습니다.
According to South Korea's Foreign Ministry, the three chief delegates made the remarks during a telephone conversation on the 29th to discuss ways to respond to North Korea's disclosure of its satellite launch plan.

세 수석대표들은 “탄도미사일 기술을 활용한 북한의 어떤 발사도 다수의 안보리 결의를 명백히 위반하는 불법행위”라며 “어떤 이유로도 정당화될 수 없다”고 지적했습니다.
The three chief delegates pointed out that "any launch by North Korea using ballistic missile technology is an illegal act that clearly violates many Security Council resolutions," adding, "It cannot be justified for any reason."

세 수석대표들은 북한을 향해 “역내 평화를 위협하는 불법적 발사를 자제할 것”을 촉구하면서 “북한이 끝내 불법적 도발을 강행할 경우 미한일 공조를 바탕으로 국제사회의 단호하고 단합된 대응이 이뤄질 수 있도록 긴밀히 공조할 것”이라고 밝혔습니다.
The three chief delegates urged North Korea to "refrain from illegal launches that threaten peace in the region," and said, "If North Korea goes ahead with illegal provocations, we will work closely to ensure a firm and united international response based on U.S.-Japan cooperation."
