북한 주재 신임 중국 대사가 평양에 부임했다고 일본 NHK 방송이 27일 보도했습니다.
Japan's NHK reported on the 27th that the new Chinese ambassador to North Korea has been appointed to Pyongyang.

해당 보도에 따르면, 이날 왕야쥔 대사는 중국 랴오닝성 단둥에서 승용차를 이용해 북한 신의주로 들어갔습니다.
According to the report, Ambassador Wang Ya-jun entered Sinuiju, North Korea by car from Dandong, Liaoning Province, China.

지난 2021년 2월 내정된 왕 대사는 신종 코로나바이러스 팬데믹 이후 평양으로 부임한 첫 번째 외국 외교관인 것으로 알려졌습니다.
Wang, who was nominated in February 2021, is said to be the first foreign diplomat to be appointed to Pyongyang since the novel coronavirus pandemic.

앞서 북한 언론은 지난 2021년 12월 왕 대사의 전임 이진준 대사가 6년 9개월의 임기를 마치고 북한을 떠난다고 보도한 바 있습니다.
Earlier in December 2021, North Korean media reported that Ambassador Wang's predecessor, Lee Jin-joon, will leave North Korea after a six-year and nine-month term.

왕 대사는 코로나 팬데믹으로 북한이 봉쇄 조치를 취하면서 부임하지 못했으나, 중국이 가능한 빠른 시일 내로 왕 대사의 부임을 요청했다고 소식통은 밝혔습니다.
Wang has not been appointed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but China has requested Wang's appointment as soon as possible, sources said.

왕 대사는 중국 외교부에서 중국 공산당 대외관계 담당 중앙대외연락부 부국장을 역임했으며, 2018년 평양을 방문했을 때 김정은 위원장을 만난 바 있습니다.
Ambassador Wang served as deputy director of the Central Foreign Liaison Department in charge of external relations of the Chinese Communist Party at the Chinese Foreign Ministry, and met with Kim Jong-un when he visited Pyongyang in 2018.
