북한 김정은 6년만 군교육 간부 대회..."당에 절대 충성 지휘관 육성" > 정치

김정은 북한 국무위원장이 최근 북한군의 교육과 훈련을 담당하는 간부들을 소집해 노동당에 절대 충성하는 지휘관들을 육성할 것을 주문했습니다.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un recently convened executives in charge of education and training for the North Korean military to foster leaders who are absolutely loyal to the Labor Party.

북한 관영 ‘조선중앙방송’은 김 위원장 지도 아래 “조선인민군 제8차 군사교육일군 대회가 4일과 5일 4·25문화회관에서 진행됐다”며 이같이 보도했습니다.
North Korea's state-run "Chosun Central Broadcasting" reported under the guidance of Chairman Kim, saying, "The 8th Military Education Competition of the Korean People's Army was held at the April 25 Cultural Center on the 4th and 5th."

6년만에 열린 군사교육일군대회는 북한 역사상 이번이 8번째이며 김 위원장 집권 기간 두 번째입니다.
This is the eighth military education competition in North Korean history in six years and the second during Kim's reign.

경제난 등의 상황에서 군 기강 해이를 막고 군인들의 사상 통제와 충성심을 유도하고자 연말 간부 회의를 소집한 것으로 관측됩니다.
It is believed that the year-end executive meeting was convened to prevent lax military discipline and induce soldiers' thought control and loyalty in the face of economic difficulties.

한국 통일부 당국자는 “북한이 올해 8차 당대회 이후 기층조직 중심으로 분야별로 대중을 동원하는 대회를 해왔다”며 “김 위원장이 당·정·군을 대상으로 중앙위 간부까지 만나고 챙기면서 당대회 방침 관철이나 성과를 독려하는 일환으로 보이며 연말이라 이런 형태의 움직임들이 더 있을 가능성이 있다”고 말했습니다.
An official from the Ministry of Unification of Korea said, "Since this year's 8th party conference, North Korea has been mobilizing the public in each field," adding, "Chairman Kim has met and cared for party, government, and military officials, and there may be more moves in this form at the end of the year."
