IMF, 세계 경제성장 둔화 경고...미-중 전망치 동반 하락 > 세계

국제통화기금(IMF)은 신종 코로나바이러스로부터 세계 경제 회복이 더디고, 추가적인 보건 관련 위험은 증가하고 있다고 12일 밝혔습니다.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) announced on the 12th that the global economic recovery from the novel coronavirus is slow and additional health-related risks are increasing.

국제통화기금은 올해 세계 경제성장률을 지난 7월 전망했던 6%에서 0.1%P 낮아진 5.9%로 조정했습니다. 2022년 전망치는 여전히 4.9%로 유지했습니다.
The International Monetary Fund adjusted this year's global economic growth rate to 5.9%, down 0.1%P from 6% predicted in July. The 2022 forecast still remained at 4.9%.

미국의 경제성장 전망치는 6%로 지난 7월 전망에 비해 1%P 줄었습니다.
The U.S. economic growth forecast was 6%, down 1%P from the July forecast.

국제통화기금은 미국의 경제성장률 조정은 소비재 제품의 공급망 혼란이 반영됐다며, 이는 미국 경제의 70%를 차지하는 소비자들의 소비 감소로 이어진다고 지적했습니다.
The International Monetary Fund pointed out that the adjustment of the U.S. economic growth rate reflected confusion in the supply chain of consumer goods, which leads to a decrease in consumption by consumers, who account for 70% of the U.S. economy.

중국 역시 올해 성장률 전망치가 7월보다 0.1%P 내려간 8%로 조정됐습니다.
China's growth forecast for this year has also been adjusted to 8%, down 0.1 percent from July.

특히 중국의 경우 공공투자가 예상보다 크게 준 점이 주요 원인으로 작용했다며, 부동산 부문을 포함한 기업의 대규모 채무 불이행이 위험성을 심화시킬 수 있다고 경고했습니다.
In particular, China warned that large-scale defaults by companies, including the real estate sector, could deepen the risk, saying public investment has decreased significantly than expected.
