미·영, 아프간 카불 호텔 자국민 대피령 > 세계

미국과 영국 정부는 11일 아프가니스탄 내 자국민에 대해 수도 카불에 있는 호텔에서 즉각 대피하라고 경고했습니다.
The U.S. and British governments warned their citizens in Afghanistan on the 11th to evacuate immediately from a hotel in Kabul, the capital.

미 국무부는 이날 카불의 특급호텔인 세레나호텔이나 그 주변에 있는 미국민들은 빨리 해당 장소에서 벗어나라고 경고했습니다.
The U.S. State Department warned that Americans in or around the Serena Hotel, a luxury hotel in Kabul, should leave the place as soon as possible.

영국 외무부도 아프간 카불의 세레나호텔을 위험 장소로 특정하면서 자국민에게 이용하지 말 것을 권고했습니다.
The British Ministry of Foreign Affairs also recommended that its citizens not use the Serena Hotel in Kabul, Afghanistan, as a dangerous place.

세레나호텔은 외국인들이 주로 머무는 특급 호텔로, 이전에도 두 차례 테러 공격을 받았습니다.
Serena Hotel is a luxury hotel where foreigners usually stay, and has been attacked twice before.

앞서 지난 2014년 아프간 대선을 수 주 앞두고 4명의 10대 청소년들이 총기를 양말에 숨긴 뒤 호텔의 보안 검색대를 빠져나와 프랑스 통신사 AFP 기자를 포함해 9명을 사살했습니다.
A few weeks before the 2014 Afghan presidential election, four teenagers hid their guns in their socks and left the hotel's security checkpoint and killed nine people, including a French news agency AFP reporter.

또 2008년도에는 폭탄테러로 6명이 사망한 바 있습니다.
In 2008, six people were killed in a bombing.
