프랑스 “북한 탄도미사일 발사 강력 규탄…CVID 촉구” > 정치

프랑스가 북한의 최근 탄도미사일 발사를 강력하게 규탄했습니다.
France has strongly condemned North Korea's recent ballistic missile launch.

[프랑스 외교부]” France condemns in the strongest possible terms the three ballistic missile tests carried out by North Korea on May 12. They represent the latest violations of UN Security Council resolutions prohibiting North Korea from carrying out any kind of launch involving ballistic technology.”
[French Foreign Ministry] 프랑스는 북한이 5월 12일에 실시한 세 차례의 탄도 미사일 실험을 가능한 한 강력하게 비난하고 있습니다. 이는 북한이 탄도 기술을 포함한 어떤 종류의 발사도 하지 못하도록 한 유엔 안전보장이사회 결의안의 최근 위반을 대표합니다."

프랑스 외교부는 13일 성명을 내고 “지난 5월 12일 북한이 탄도미사일 3발을 발사한 것을 가능한 가장 강력한 용어로 규탄한다”면서, 이는 탄도 기술이 관련된 북한의 어떤 발사도 금지하는 유엔 안보리 결의를 위반하는 가장 최근 사례라고 지적했습니다.
France's Foreign Ministry issued a statement on the 13th, saying, "We condemn North Korea's launch of three ballistic missiles on May 12 in the strongest possible terms," and pointed out that this is the latest case in violation of the U.N. Security Council's resolution banning any launch involving ballistic technology.

그러면서 “프랑스는 역내 안정과 국제 안보에 위협이 되는 북한의 탄도미사일 시험 횟수가 올해 초 이후 증가하고 있는 것에 대해 여전히 우려하고 있다”고 덧붙였습니다.
"France is still concerned that the number of North Korea's ballistic missile tests, which pose a threat to regional stability and international security, has been increasing since early this year," he added.

[프랑스 외교부] “France remains concerned by the increased number of ballistic tests carried out by North Korea since the beginning of the year, which represent a threat to regional stability and international security. France continues to urge North Korea to comply immediately with its obligations and to return to the negotiating table to engage in a process of complete, verifiable, irreversible denuclearization. Together with our partners, we will remain fully committed to ensuring the full implementation of UN Security Council resolutions.”
[French Foreign Ministry] "프랑스는 연초 이후 북한이 실시한 탄도 실험 횟수가 늘어남에 따라 지역 안정과 국제 안보에 위협이 되고 있습니다. 프랑스는 북한이 자신들의 의무를 즉각 준수하고 협상 테이블로 돌아와 완전하고 검증 가능하며 돌이킬 수 없는 비핵화 과정에 관여할 것을 계속해서 촉구합니다. 우리는 파트너들과 함께 유엔 안전보장이사회 결의안의 완전한 이행을 보장하는 데 전적으로 전념할 것입니다."

이어 “프랑스는 북한에 국제적 의무를 즉각 준수하고 협상 테이블로 복귀해 완전하고 검증 가능하며 되돌릴 수 없는 방식의 비핵화 과정에 관여할 것을 계속 촉구한다”도 밝혔습니다.
"France continues to urge North Korea to comply with its international obligations immediately and return to the negotiating table and engage in a complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization process."

아울러 “우리는 파트너들과 함께 유엔 안보리 결의의 완전한 이행을 보장하는데 전념할 것”이라고 강조했습니다.
"We will work with our partners to ensure full implementation of the U.N. Security Council resolutions," he said.

앞서 한국 합동참모본부는 지난 12일 북한이 평양 순안 일대에서 동해상으로 발사한 단거리 탄도미사일 3발을 포착했다고 밝혔습니다.
Earlier, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said on the 12th that North Korea has captured three short-range ballistic missiles launched into the East Sea from Pyongyang's Sunan area.

이번 북한의 발사는 한국 윤석열 정부 출범 이후 처음이자 지난 7일 잠수함발사탄도미사일(SLBM)을 쏘아 올린 지 닷새 만이며, 올들어 16번째 무력 도발입니다.
The launch is the first of its kind since the inauguration of South Korea's Yoon Seok-yeol government, five days after the launch of a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) on the 7th, and the 16th armed provocation this year.
