한국 정부가 북한의 정찰위성 개발에 대응한 해당 분야 맞춤형 감시대상품목 목록을 작성했습니다.
The South Korean government has compiled a list of items customized for surveillance in the field in response to North Korea's development of reconnaissance satellites.
외교부는 인공위성 분야 감시대상품목으로 초점면어셈블리 등 광학탑재체 구성품목, 별추적기 등 자세제어 장비, 태양전지판과 위성항법장치(GPS) 등 인공위성 체계 전반을 포괄하는 77개를 지정했습니다.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has designated 77 items that cover the entire satellite system, including optical payload components such as focal plane assemblies, posture control equipment such as star tracers, solar panels and GPS.
외교부는 해당 물품들을 ‘국제 평화와 안전 유지 등 의무 이행을 위한 무역에 관한 특별고시’에 따라 제3국을 우회한 북한으로의 수출을 금지하고 목록을 주요 우방국과 공유했다고 밝혔습니다.
The ministry said it banned exports of the goods to North Korea, which bypassed third countries, and shared the list with major allies under a "special notice on trade to fulfill its obligations, including maintaining international peace and security."
외교부는 또 북한의 핵과 미사일 개발, 자금세탁과 대북 제재 회피에 관여한 개인 4명과 기관 6곳도 독자 제재 대상으로 추가 지정했습니다.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also designated four more individuals and six institutions involved in North Korea's nuclear and missile development, money laundering and avoidance of sanctions against the North as independent sanctions.
개인은 리영길 부위원장과 김수길 전 군 총정치국장 등 북한 고위관리, 북한 군수공업부와 연계된 IT 기업 연변실버스타의 최고경영자(CEO)로 북한 IT 인력 해외 파견을 통한 외화벌이에 관여한 정성화 등입니다.
Senior North Korean officials, including Vice Chairman Ri Young-gil and former General Political Director Kim Soo-gil, and Jung Sung-hwa, CEO of Yanbian Silver Star, an IT company linked to the North Korean Ministry of Munitions and Industry, were involved in making foreign currency.

TAN Wee Beng, a Singaporean who was involved in money laundering on behalf of North Korea, and two companies he represents were also subject to sanctions.
